I am pleased to inform everyone that DIALOG is now available as an R&E
member of INTERNET. This has taken longer then expected and has generated
discussion among the members of comm-priv.
DIALOG's understanding from the beginning of discussions with ANS was that
all INTERNET traffic would be able to access DIALOG. ANS was indeed involved
with the planning of the public announcement. However, dwelling on the
various surprises over the past month or two would accomplish very little
today.
Thus, it is my sincere hope that all of the events leading up to this can
be put behind us. DIALOG is looking forward to being a member of INTERNET.
Thanks to everyone who communicated their support of having access to
DIALOG. Your voices and opinions helped and we appreciate it.
