I can except that.  So who is going to give balanced E input, and
is it going to participate at the level of LBL,LLL.

 With all due respect, Educom represent the Administrative part of the  
 E in NREN. To the best of my knowledge they marginally can claim to  
 represent the interests of the faculty -- the educators. I am not  
 "down" on Educom, I just want to be cautious. The administrative  
 structure of Universities sometimes have different objectives and  
 goals than those in the trenches.
