I'd be happy to host it on world.std.com. I'll get started right away
(vendors? please get in touch.) Let's see if the vendors are
interested also.
I'll propose first a netlib-like e-mail interface ("send index", "send
info terminal-servers", etc.) and worry about other interfaces as it
evolves.
Question: Am I going to get flack for doing this if messages travel
across NSFnet circuits?
