I suspect that the list will get less tedious when there's more
than a single representative of a single commercial provider
available to participate in the discussion.  (Where are the
Alternet folks? :-))

This isn't a dig at Marty.  It's as much a reflection of the state
of TCP/IP wide-area networking right now.
