With this constant chatter about the FCC & how billing could be handled
for usage..It makes me wonder if some of you work for the telco. Why even
bring up how, when and where we can start billing. Drop it and it might
just go away. On the FCC thing, give me a break. Those folks can't find
their way to the bathroom without help. The blind leading the blind. I
used to have some respect for the FCC but, in 1994 its all gone. Involve
the FCC and ask for problems.
