I just sent a request to info@psi.com (like it said in their press
release) for information about PSICable.
They were unwilling or unable to provide the information I requested
via email. The information I got in reply was inaccurate and directly
in conflicted with information about their service I've received from
other sources.
I found this very surprising.
They may have just lost a customer this way.
