There's a great way to make sure this and that allotted bandwidth
share different physical paths. Buy from two different carriers.
As long as you can find carriers who don't share the same buildings
somewhere in between, you can almost certainly get physically diverse
lines to anywhere... and there are only a couple of spots where
so many carriers are in one building that it's hard to find a way
around it [though it seems like the LA Quake found one of them...].
