Those that operate NAPS have a tough job. You have to satisfy
the technical requirements without compromising yourself. A tough
thing to do.
Im my mind, a NAP provider must be able to show a couple of things:
- meet the load (how big are the pipes?)
- fair access (do I get my monies worth?)
- confidentiality (will you keep my conversations private?)
- change (what will you do when the traffic loads get to much?)
- competitive (can I get better bang4buck elsewhere?)
There are more...
