Just to give proper credit, the ANS Network Operations Center is not
responsible for this entire post; the latter section was made by
Pushpendra Mohta, Director of Engineering for CERFNet. Rarely does the
ANS NOC share its constructive feedback re: network outages with the
nsr group as a whole :)
