Lets see, a crane fell on an aerial MCI fiber run that ran over
a freeway in San Diego . Connectivity was restored around 5PM
PST, 8 hours later.

Obviously. MCI has no route diversity in the area.
Previously, in the last year or so, MCI cables have been dug up
and shot at ( yes, in Pasadena ) .

Have a nice weekend.
