This posting is a general one as requested by one of my man fans :)-

First off to the university types. Spelling on this system and how
I handle it is not a concern of mine. To me this is a giant BBS and
I type things on the fly. If you can't grasp the idea and brunt of my
postings, if you can't comment on anything but, the spelling then your
minds are so small they should not be out alone. I am not here to win a
popularity contest with any of you.

As for the remark: 20 years of cutting edge tech. / experience. Again who
are you kidding ? Do you mean that you have developed IP or just played
a political part in high speed funding/begging for funding ? Steve W. are
you a ham radio operator ? Do you have any basic packet and I mean AX or X.25
backround ? Hands on ? The real stuff.

MCI does not have ANY ATM tech. of its own. However, money can buy things!

The bottom line is I wanted and answer ? As a taxpayer is MCI going to
be allowed to use the vBNS for commercial business , just answer me straight
forward. If the answer is yes, then I think the NSF memeber are "nuts".
Did I spell nust correct ?

Your playing around with services that don't require public funds. Don't
color the language, pump up the speech and hassle me over publications that
are written on the fly. Just answer the questions.

My experience ? One heck of alot more on ATM than the NSF people, one
heck of alot more than Steve W.

Do I think Steve made the decision all by himself ? YES. Then he talked it
up, wrote the justification and bong - MCI.
To allow the same group under a different color (Orange) give us the same
screwing - feels sort of smug. What can I say. I don't teach for a living,
I don't report for a living. I work on the real network stuff everyday.
Thast more than most of you do.

I respect PSI because they have Class, I don't respect ANS because they
lack class. I have no opinion of Sprint because they never return phone
calls. As for the rest out there ( The regionals) I don't respect many
of them. I did not say all , but, many. Take the Merit deal - a few months
back. Hey, lets all go to Japan. Wow. another perk. How can I respect a
network thats run on junk boxes and poorly maintained when their top
people are in Japan. Now thats pro-active management.

People all in all I will continue to dog this issue until I get the
truth , the answer I have a right to as a taxpayer. If MCI or
excuse me networkMCI gets the vBNS to be used for commercial as well
as NSF purposes - the the whole thing stinks of ANS-MCI-IBM and now NT.

Like they say the only thing missing in ANS is the U !

You may not like my style, I don't care but, I will continue to
comment.
