Even better... I have just decided to set up this non-profit, public-benefit
organization anon.org (or maybe anon.npo). And I definitely demand that
I be granted fixed, unmetered and reasonable access to the net. Anything
else would be unfair and undemocratic. You wouldn't expect me to pay for
120000 messages/month of other peoples mail and news postings out of my
own pocket, would you?
