A hah! Thank you kindly. Those nodes I believe were not announced at the
same time as the the first 16. Indeed in most discussion about the net
they are relatively little mentioned and seem to be treated in a different
category. Looking for clarification I asked Steve privately. receiving
none I asked publicly but low key here on com-priv. Still receiving no
enlightenment, I rephrased and repeated the question. Thank you for
answering.
BTW.... I thought Steve W *WAS* *IS* the NSFnet director?
