I think similar justifications were given as a reason not to progress, to
maintain the status quo on many occasions. You said you will post on that
point later though, so I won't make a big deal of the comment.
I pretty much agree, "Something is foul in Denmark!" Perhaps, as part of
the deal, MCI promised that it was going to tarriff the traffic on the ATM
lines at a lower rate?
