My name is Kevin Enzminger, with On-Line Associates. The following message
was forwarded to my office for further distribution.

  > From: Brock N. Meeks <brock@well.sf.ca.us>

  > Subject: Privacy As Roadkill

  > Jacking in from a "Private No More" Port:
  > Washington, DC, If privacy isn't already the first victim of roadkill
  > along the information superhighway, then it's about to be.

The message continues, relating information about, what in effect, is
governmental electronic eavesdropping. We would like to distribute this
information through our network and community, but before we do, we would
like to validate and authenticate the information.

I pulled the Internet addresses from the message. They do not resemble most
addresses I've seen, so I don't even know if this will make it. If it does,
can you provide any further information on this proposal or the source of
the message? Do you have a source ID, physical (mailing) address, or voice
telephone number? We are trying to get in touch with a reputable source
with whom we can authenticate the facts.

Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.

Thank you
 Kevin Enzminger
