MCI is technically able to provide something like OC-12 , ATM etc ?
Since when ? In their dreams ? What is this the research department of
last resort. No - Slow down Joseph , its the give money to Michigan, MCI,
IBM & ANS crowd. The same "crap" all over again. The deliver it in the final
hour group.

For the techie's out the - the IBM RT pile of junk that made up the T-1
network. They made millions off a failed product. What failed product
will be customized to make the vBNS work ? Will it be done at the 59
month mark ? Why is the person in charge of the cash a board of director
at ANS ? These are not just wild claims, they are facts.

Meanwhile back at the research department... We are trying to get IP and ATM
in some sort of format... Of course NSF is paying less and getting out of the
business. I would have to be totally retarded to think that $50 million more
plus the current extension is less or any indication that NSF is getting out
of the business. Like I said both public and private - Lets see where Steve
W. at the NSf goes to work next.

As for the TIME magazine reply in a post - You sound like a person who accepts
everything he is told or are you on the take ? Yes, you heard me. There has not
been one person with a major publication do a series on this subject that even
talks about anything other than the PR crap that the administration puts out.
No , I suggest that TIME still wants the advertising & admin. favors. Yes,
I feel that your publication along with many others, including the WSJ don't
have the "Balls" to examine any of the claims made here on com-priv. You
tell those of us that post to get proof and then post it. If we had more info
that released we would probably sell it to someone. Its no different than the
way you sell yourselves to your editors.

I intend to push this one-sided award, that lack of responsibility in the
failure to release Info on the proposals to my last breath. So stick it.
