Well a note to all the newspapers out there. The NSF has no intention of
releasing copies of the proposals that they were given for the vBNS sol.
Why is this ? Steve W. claims that they are the property of the companies
that sent them in. I protest that. This is NOT a NAtional Security Matter.
And government can always justify its position. Lets see if the people at
the Detroit Free Press, Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Time and others,
not to mention CNN show some interest here. After all $50 million dollars
is not alot - Where is the interest people ?
