Last night I got 22 mail failure messages.  I might understand how
postman@lists.psi.com does not want to see these anymore, but this is hard
on my V.22bis/V.42bis connection.

Also, as a user of MCIMail, this list includes bounce messages saying that
an mci user cannot send to another mci user via mcimail.com; more bandwidth
wasted.

So in the interest of conserving bandwidth, I would hope that the list
managers would put this option back how it was.
