When inquiring about PSI's dedicated IP services, I was told that PSI
would not sell to Telerama. The sales representative explained that
Telerama represents competition. Upon pressing further, and mentioning
PSI's other competitors, I was treated with a rant that began "but they
don't own their own backbone...and one day we will expand our
services...we're running cable in beta throughout Cambridge...oh, we're
not...you're sure...but the press release...the...oh...rosebud...rosebud...."
(Note that I did not speak a word throughout the above quoted monologue.)
