multiple mail destinations ... change in stock answer

For those who don't read the olc stock meeting.. Please do not
advise people to use the following chpobox hack:
tom@post-office.local,tom@somewhere.com
If people sneak in a hard coded local post office we'll have no record
managaed by moira that they are using the post office. This will
have bad side effects as in their mail will be periodically deleted
when the cleanup programs run, or their mail will bounce when we play
musical post offices.
So until moira can properly support multple mail boxes the answer is
people can either have mail sent to a local post office, or they can have
mail forwarded to another site, not both.
