user with long question

Someone recently in OLC was having problems with a PostScript file. She
proceeded to insert the ENTIRE POSTSCRIPT file into the log.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the consultant who sent her mail proceeded
to INCLUDE THE ENTIRE QUESTION (I.E., THE ENTIRE FILE) in the mail!

That's pretty silly. What shouldn't happened is that the consultant
should've removed the question from the queue, re-entered it WITHOUT the
PostScript file in there, copied the PostScript file to somewhere we can
all read it, and sent mail to the user telling them not to do that
again.

A little bit of forethought sometimes can go a long way...
