a program to help collect information about servers into a common pool
where consultants can more easily get at it is ready for testing.
PLEASE bang on it!
alias servstat "/afs/athena/user/w/web/${hosttype}bin/servstat"
will give you easy access to it.
The format for it is this:
servstat [hostname] [-options [host]]
servstat by itself will give you a list of what people have reported as down.
hostname (without the .mit.edu) status log of host
-options
-add [host] add new host
-comment [host] add a comment to a server's log
-down [host] report host down
-help this help screen
-list list all recognized hosts
-up [host] report host up
