The problem you are experiencing is with dvips, and with the way the
sipb has installed it. Athena does not support dvips, the SIPB does,
so you will have to discuss the problem with them. I see that you
have already sent mail to bug-sipb about the problem; please direct
any future correspondence about this problem to them as well.
