What's wrong:
On all platforms, the menu given by clicking on the title bar or
border of a window with the middle or right button lists keys of the
form Alt+F# that may be pressed to perform various window manipulations.
However, on some platforms (such as the DEC 5000/25), the Compose key is
actually used instead. In view of the fact that the DEC 5000/25 keyboard
contains _both_ Alt and Compose keys, this is misleading.
Normal size Alt+F5
Move Alt+F6
Size Alt+F7
Iconify Alt+F8
Maximum size Alt+F9
Lower Alt+F10
Raise Alt+F12
Kill program
What should have happened:
The olh documentation uses "Meta" to stand for "Alt" or "Compose,"
depending on the platform. Either change "Alt" to "Meta" in the menus, or
better yet, customize the menus for the different platforms.
