I send the previous email w/o seeing that there was more on the subject in
my inbox... in any case, I beleive that reason honor's .xsession with
/bin/csh on top worked may be due to the _AIX hack. That is, knowing that
/bin/csh on the rs6k is NOT athena funky tcsh that calls itself csh,
the xlogin program tries to reset the shell. WHich may be why it looses
when people like me try to use another shell. Of course it looks
like it tries to force sh to run, which should still die on a csh script,
so I don't fully understand what's up, as I haven't had a chance to
really look into it.
