As the original bug report said, the user was viewing the folder in
two windows inside the same xmh process, not inside two different xmh
processes.
Therefore, whether or not xmh is inter-process reentrant is not
relevant. What is relevant is whether or not the viewing of the same
folder in two different windows in the same process is supported.
