Thank you for your bug report.
I'm afraid that your bug report is not clear or detailed enough for us
to be able to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.
My susipicion is that you may have been having a poor interaction with
format notes, but without knowing more about exactly what happened,
it's impossible to say.
If this happens again, I suggest you ask about it in "olc" and see if
they can help you figure out what's wrong. If you're in m11-113
again, you can go across the hall to 11-115 and ask one of the
consultants there to take a look at your screen and help you figure
out what's wrong. If you're in w20-575, you may be able to find
someone in the SIPB office (right outside the door of the cluster) to
help you diagnose the problem.
Since I have never heard of behavior such as what you describe, my
suspicion is that something you are doing is causing it. However, as
I said, it's not really possible for us to determine what the problem
was unless it happens again and somebody with some EZ experience gets
a look at it.
Please let us know if the problem recurs.
