zoneinfo problem

A piece of email I just got interpreted Finland (actually, the time zone said
EET DST) as GMT +0700. This, of course, is wrong. Finland is 7 hours ahead of
Eastern time, but only 3 hours ahead of GMT during summer. +7 is the zone for
Thailand and Indonesia. I can't tell whether the information in
/srvd/etc/zoneinfo/EET is wrong or not, or what, but it's an easy mistake to
make. Care to check it out for me?
