An OLC user noticed that the default width for xmh and olh on the
rs6000's is not large enough, and that because of this, some buttons
aren't visible. This is the description the user gave to reproduce
the bug for olh:
=> Here's how to duplicate the problems with the olh viewer. The key is
=> to get the right one (of at least three) viewers. From the main menu,

=> Managing Your Athena Account
=> AFS at Athena: Managing your account
=> Status of migration of User Homes ...

=> This sequence is one that brings up the viewer that gives trouble
=> (the one with the gray background on the 6000's). The ezviewer and
=> the LaTeX viewer are both okay, but the gray one has the same
=> problem with the window width.
