Run chsh
What's wrong:
It's displaying the "last changed" information with null strings:
hodge: Thu Aug 20 11:18:58 /tmp
[38]$ chsh
Changing login shell for ckclark.
Account information last changed on (null)
by user (null) with (null).
Current shell for ckclark is /bin/csh.
New shell: ^C
However, the entry seems correct in the database:
hodge: Thu Aug 20 11:20:21 /tmp
[39]$ mrtest
moira: c
moira: a
moira: qy gubl ckclark
ckclark, 3523, /bin/csh, Clark, Calvin, K, 1, ccqukFlBJbsI6, STAFF, 23-may-199215:25:30, ckclark, chsh

moira: quit
"usermaint" also displays the last modification strings correctly.
What should have happened:
chsh should display the fields of last modification information
correctly.
