A Possible Bug in MH6.6

The following is an excerpt from the man page for "repl".
> If the `-annotate' switch is given, the message being
> replied-to will be annotated with the lines
> Replied: date
> Replied: addrs
> where the address list contains one line for each addressee.
On Athena, however, only the "Replied: date" is appended. The "Replied:
addrs" line is not. This could very well be a bug of MH6.6. In fact, I
tested on a non-Athena machine that has MH6.7 installed and "-annotate"
does exactly what the man page says.
Could someone fix the bug? One further question: Can we possibly get
MH6.7 on Athena?
