What's wrong:
snmpd can be queried for a number of Athena specific values
(athena/config/rcAfsServer for example); however, NOREMOTE isn't among
them. It probably should be.
What should have happened:
I can get back info on most(?) other rc.conf values from snmpd; I'd
like to be able to check NOREMOTE as well.
