Zephyr occasionally loses subscriptions and makes it impossible to
zwrite to someone who is logged in. This happens frequently on busy
dialup servers, and your friend jmiao was using a dialup server when
the problem occurred.
This problem can usually be fixed by the user who can't be zwritten
typing "zctl load" to reload his/her subscriptions. If that doesn't
work, then he/she should consult with olc for more information.
