Hi! I don't know what the heck is going on, or how to explain it.

I had an xterm window that I tried to move, using twm. Rather than
move the window, though, it made a copy of it. I can't type in the
copy at all, but I can move it around.

xwininfo about it says:

xwininfo ==> Window id: 0x3800001 (mickey-mouse)

         ==> Absolute upper-left X:  30
         ==> Absolute upper-left Y:  315
         ==> Relative upper-left X:  0
         ==> Relative upper-left Y:  23
         ==> Width: 484
         ==> Height: 316
         ==> Depth: 8
         ==> Border width: 0
         ==> Window class: InputOutput
         ==> Colormap: 0x27 (installed)
         ==> Window Bit Gravity State: NorthWestGravity
         ==> Window Window Gravity State: NorthWestGravity
         ==> Window Backing Store State: NotUseful
         ==> Window Save Under State: no
         ==> Window Map State: IsViewable
         ==> Window Override Redirect State: no
         ==> Corners:  +30+315  -510+315  -510-137  +30-137
in case that tells you anything useful.

I really thought that I must be seeing things, but Derrick came over
and looked and there really is a copy of the window.

I cannot repeat this process.
