i have already responded to this once by stating that
a) this isn't a problem we can fix, and
b) by forwarding the message to hotline and jstewart (since it isn't
clear who is managing the documentation effort these days).
i will forward your message to hotline (since they deal with printers)
in order that this problem be cleared up quickly. you should deal
directly with them in the future for quickest response.
