I got the following error
xlf: 1501-221 cannot exec program /usr/lpp/xlf/bin/xlfentry -Permission denied
permissions on xlfentry:
m4-035-10# ls -asl /usr/lpp/xlf/bin/xlfentry

What should have happened:
xlfentry should have execute permission
