Thank you for your recent bug report.
Unfortunately, without being able to talk to you about it in
"real-time," it really isn't possible for us to track down what's
wrong. Many people use zwgc successfully on the dialups often, which
means that there is probably something specific about your account or
situation that is preventing it from working. Therefore, we are going
to need to spend some time working through the problem with you in
order to track down its cause and fix it.
To facilitate this, I am going to ask a question for you in the
On-Line Consulting (olc) system. You can get to it by running "olc"
when you log in. The next time you log in, let the consultants know
that you're there and they'll try to help you track down the problem.
When they're done, you should have a better idea of either (a) exactly
what the bug is, or (b) what's wrong with your account and how to fix
it. If there is, indeed, a bug, please report it to "bugs" again,
with the details accumulated during your conversation with the
consultants, and we will do our best to fix it.
