Thank you for your bug report.
The bug you reported is fixed in release 7.4, which has already been
made available in all the public clusters and which will soon be
available on the dialup machines.
If you find yourself using a 7.3 machine such as a dialup server and
can't get your quota with "quota -v", then you should be able to get
it by typing "fs lq ~".
In the future, please check with "olc" before reporting a bug. They
can often help you to figure out whether or not a problem you are
having really indicates a bug, and how to work around it. In this
case, the Athena consultants are aware of this particular bug and
would have have told you how to work around it (and that it was not
necessary to report it to "bugs").
