   What's wrong:
inc returns inc:unable to write 80.disc quota exceeded.
I read what was incorporated; i remove all the new mail.
inc again, the cycle of events repeats, AND the messages
	   just removed are those incorporated.

It is not clear exactly what you are saying here. Is the bug you are
reporting that the same messages are incorporated again after you have
deleted them?

If so, then this is not a bug per se; rather, it is intentional
behavior. In order to guarantee that mail is not lost, the inc
program does not delete any mail messages from the post office if it
encounters any errors at all saving mail. We are currently discussing
changing this behavior so that messages that are successfully
incorporated are deleted from the post office machine, but we have not
decided if this would be the better behavior, and besides that, it is
a serious user interface change that must be made carefully and widely
publicized if we decide to do it.

If you are near enough to your quota that incorporating mail puts you
over it, then you need to clear out files in your account or
incorporate your mail into a temporary folder. You can talk to Athena
consultants, by running olc, calling x3-4435 or going to 11-115, to
find out how to do that.

If I have misunderstood your bug report, then please try to let us
know more specifically what bug you are reporting.

Thank you.
