Olc is available on any athena platform by typing /usr/athena/bin/olc.
It sounds to me like it was not in your search path, which means that
your account is somehow misconfigured. I suggest you talk to the
Athena consultants, by running /usr/athena/bin/olc, or by calling
x3-4435, or by stopping by 11-115, in order to track down the problem.
The other possibility is that there was something wrong hardware-wise
with the workstation you were using. If you are now able to run olc
on an RS/6000 running release 7.4 (type "tail -1 /etc/athena/version"
and see if the number "7.4" appears on the last line to find out),
such as m11-113-1, then I suggest you don't worry about the problem.
