What were you trying to do?
I have a file in my topdir that is symlinked into a file in a dir called
.Private. My topdir is worldreadable, .Private is not. My startup
sequence will read the contents of that file about 3 minutes into my
session. However, 33% of my logins, it can't read it. It gets a
permission denied error. When I do an aklog, I can read the file again.
