What were you trying to do?
	Resize a window.

What's wrong:
When I let go of the mouse after resizing the window, the
window is moved up and to the left by the thickness of my
window borders (i.e., two pixels up and two pixels to the
left). If I click on the resize button and release without
resizing, the same thing happens. If I move the window, it is
positioned two pixels up and to the left when I let go of the
	button.

Note that this all is occurring with xterm window, emacs and
	xscreensaver windows.

What should have happened:
When resizing, the window should not move. When moving, the
window should end up where I placed it, not two pixels up and
	to the left.
