Thank you for your bug report.
The bug you reported is fixed in Athena release 7.4, which will be
released some time this summer.
In the meaintime, you can check your quota by typing "fs lq ~".
In the future, you should probably check with the Athena user
consultants (by using olc, calling 3-4435 or stopping by 11-115)
before sending a bug report. They are often aware of outstanding bugs
and how to work around them, and if not, they can figure out whether
the problem you are having is really a bug. In this particular case,
for example, the consultants have been made aware of this problem and
what to do about it.
