What should have happened:
I think it should be cleaned up a bit. It's "mathematics", not
"mathmatics". The description of the afs topic should line up with the
other ones. It should be either "Athena" or "athena", not two of each.
(I suspect this might just affect /usr/athena/lib/olc/topics on the
server, and not be a release issue, but I'm not certain of this.)
