What were you trying to do?
delete myself from a mailling list using mailmaint.
What's wrong:
i typed "mailmaint" at my "athena%" (yeah, right) prompt, and
the first line said "Mail List Program for blade". the program
continued to treat me as if i were user "blade", for all of its
options.
What should have happened:
i'm not blade (thank goodness). i wish mailmaint knew that
though.

KRBTKFILE knew I was honor. According to the "mailmaint" man page:
KRBTKFILE
path name of your Kerberos ticket. Moira decides who
you are and what you can do based on your Kerberos
tickets, and nothing else.
