The bug you reported is fixed in the next release of Athena software,
which is due out some time this summer.
Before that release happens, you can check your quota by typing "fs lq
~".
In the future, please check with OLC before reporting a bug to bugs.
They are often aware of bugs and workarounds and can save you trouble
as well as prevent you from filing an unnecessary bug report. This is
one such case, since consultants have been told about this problem and
what to tell users who ask about it.
