Welcome to the wierdness of man pages. You can have man pages which are
used for several functions, but then for the alternate names you need a
".so man3/moira.3" which are missing. Catman and man would interpret
those files as links to the proper man page.
This is not a new problem. Please use "man 3 moira" for now and I have
forwarded the report to the proper place.
