Thank you for your bug report.
What you reported is not a bug. In order to make a workstation
available for a new user as soon as possible after the previous user
logs out, the cleanup script that detaches unused lockers does not run
until several minutes of idle time (i.e., time when no user is logged
in) on the workstation.
If you look at the last log you sent, you will see that the
workstation you were using was very busy, and there was not enough
idle time between any of the users for lockers to be detached.
This is correct behavior. Having extra lockers attached to the
workstation does not significantly affect the workstations
performance, and it is important for the workstation to become
available to a new user as soon as possible, especially at this time
of the term when things are extraordinarily busy in the clusters.
