It's a very difficult problem to fix, since there's nowhere to store
the information about who attached the homedir how many times. I
don't think attachtab should be storing ref counts for each user.
It's also not a critical problem, since it can only happen with users
who have private workstations, who don't log out, and who dial in.
This is a very small set of people.
