   Maybe there should be a couple additional fields in the Dash 'Special'
category.  Specifically, I was trying to send a message that the printer
Pandora in 4-035 has it's maintenance light on, but it was not clear to
me where I should send such a message.  A field such as 'Maintenance'
in Dash somewhere could take care of such requests and forward them to
the right people.
  After deciding to make the above suggestion, it was again not clear to
me where I should send the suggestion.  Again, a field such as 'Suggestions'
in Dash somewhere could handle user suggestions and forward these to the
appropriate people.

  Anyway, I think Athena is doing a great job, just thought I'd send some
hopefully helpful notes.
